Chemo - Week 10

January 28th Update:

Isaac had his 10th chemo today. This appointment was completed in record time (only 30 minutes!!). Isaac did fantastic. In fact it's the best he's ever done! This momma was very proud of her boy!

Chemo - Week #9

January 21st Update:

Isaac got his 9th dose of chemo today. His blood counts have stayed fairly high (for him) this week thanks to a little snotty nose. 😊

Appt went well. We were there for a little over 2 1/2 hours because he also got his monthly antibiotic. 

Chemo - Week #8

January 14th Update:

Isaac had his 8th dose of chemo today. 

January 6th Update:

Isaac's blood counts were too low today so that means he'll be delayed 1 week and will not do chemo this week. 😕  Although it's always disappointing when we get delayed we feel blessed in that he's had 7 in a row prior to this so we'll consider tomorrow as an extra bonus day to spend with daddy before he heads off to Atlanta to train for his new job at Chick-fil-a. 😊

On a separate note, this week Isaac has insisted on wearing his Captain America mask and cape all the time. On Monday we walked into MedLabs to check his blood with the whole ensemble. 😊 haha crazy boy

Chemo Week #7

December 31st Update: 

Isaac received his seventh straight chemo treatment today.  This new regiment seems to be better tolerated than his first one.  :-)  Let's hope it's just as effective against his tumor!  :-)
